We collect limited personal information solely for account access and gameplay functionality. Depending on how you choose to sign up or log in, we collect:
- Phone number: If you sign up with your phone, we collect your number to send a one-time 6-digit login code.
- Authentication credentials: If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Apple or Google, we collect authentication identifiers (e.g., a secure token or hashed ID) necessary to log you into your account.
We also collect:
- Username: Required for your in-app profile, which you may change at any time.
- Gameplay data: Includes drafted teams, scores, badges, leaderboards, achievements, and other in-app activity.
- Device and usage data: Includes anonymized technical logs, crash reports (which may include device metadata), and performance metrics used to improve the App.
We do not collect personal data beyond what is required to operate and improve the App, unless voluntarily provided (e.g., through customer support).
2.1. Children’s Privacy:

All payments are processed via Apple or Google. We do not store or process full payment credentials. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and are subject to platform policies.

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion option or by contacting support@griddy.cc. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required to:
